Can't Get Decal Bar to Load Vista 64 Bit

Decal and AC are both isntalled in the (x86) Directory

Are you running as administrator? Also, have you installed Dual Client. Usually if I am having problems with it showing up, if I install dual client, it seems to fix it. Just fixed another guys problem by having him reinstall dual client.
