As you probably already know, we had a fairly significant hardware failure on the machine that hosted decaldev.com and several other domains.
We've got updating for memlocs etc working again and have some of the files on our temporary hosting for downloads, but it will still be a few days before we'll be able to get everything working smoothly again.
The timeline for repair or replacement for the server is not yet fully known, as the broken server is currently sitting on a UPS truck in transit to the hardware owners, and isn't due to arrive for a few days yet. (Shipping 40 lbs of server isn't cheap, so it didn't ship to travel very fast)
I'll let you know as things progress. If something critical is still not working, please drop an email or a PM on these forums to Mekle.

Well, it seems The Voice of Decal took today off, but I wanted to give you an update on where things stand.
The machine has arrived, and we were able to resurrect it fully last night.
Tonight, we'll be putting up better 'temporary' copies of the website that are ripped directly off the machine, as we intend to take this opportunity to upgrade the machine, and the software running on it. (Not to mention we still have failed hardware to replace)
These new temporary copies should bring our functionality back up to 100%, though they will be on a lower bandwidth connection for a little while.
Thank you for your patience, as we deal with this unexpected difficulty. |

The machine is back in it's normal home in the DataCenter, and most of the services are transferred back and running normally.
Please let us know of any problems. |
