I've been unable to find this file. It is not in the program folder nor is it anywhere in "my documents". Does this even exist or is it all packed in that DLL file?

Probably too late for the original poster, but just saw this message. If you are using Vista or Win7 (not sure about earlier versions), it can be found in C:\ProgramData\Gouruware\CallIt as Quests.xml
